The 2009 Photo Diary of Isla Louise Herczog

Well, I think my photo diary of last year was a worldwide success with those who read it, but mainly because it was less effort for Daddy to do, my adventures for this year are in the same format. Soon I will have to share my stories (but hopefully not my toys) with my new baby brother, so this is the last one of just me.

I also must tell you about my favourite phrases:
  • My feet are getting huge bigger
  • I am going to be tall like you
  • When I'm bigger, I can ...<do anything and everything>
  • When I'm bigger like you, you won't be able to carry me <notice there's a bit of theme here!>
  • No Oma, that is a frog, but it looks like a kikker <which is dutch for frog!>
  • Daddy, can I watch some more Disney princesses on the computer?
  • I want to go really really really really really really really fast on my swing
  • Look at me! Look at me! I can do this!

I still go to singing club on Fridays with mummy, though I spend most of the time running around with my friends and eating biscuits. At Easter I went to a farm where I made a fish from Willow, painted Easter eggs and even made my own basket. But the Easter bunnies took my baby bottles away though they did give me a Disney princess beaker for my milk, and lots of chocolate Easter eggs, so that was alright.

Now that it is still light when it is bedtime, I don't feel like going to bed and I am definitely not tired. Or yawning. Or rubbing my eyes.

That is it for now. I hope to have enough time to tell you all our stories once my baby brother is born. I did say to Daddy that I hope he doesn't bite me, but as I am already 3 years old and very very very tall, I don't think he'll dare to do that. I also know that if he wants food, he'll cry, and if he wants a cuddle, he'll cry, and if he wants attention, he'll cry too. I just hope he doesn't cry all the time, and sleeps through the night just like I did (not!). I can't wait for my brother to arrive, though I am not sure what to call him yet. I can't decide between "Bear" and "IgglePiggle". I'll let you know.

Note: New stuff will appear in a joint photo diary.
